The Margulies Collection

The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse near downtown Miami represents one of the most important collections of contemporary and vintage photography, video, sculpture and installation in the world. Works from current artists such as Olafur Eliasson and Ernesto Neto rub shoulders with those from some of the 20th centuries' greats; Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Joan Miró.
In this feature, Jean Wainwright interviews owner Martin Z. Margulies and his curator of 25 years, Katherine Hinds to discover how the creation of this collection has come about.
